Founder & CEO
Founded Paxus, LLC, a company that provides a range of transaction authorization and data management technologies to many banks around the world, including several top 50 global banks. It is estimated that Paxus processes around 110 million banking transactions every day.
Damian was the technical architect and one of the co-founders of Telephony@work, a company that moved the contact center market onto an IP-based solution. Telephony@work, was sold to Oracle in 2006.
Sukie DeRozairo
CO-FOUNDER & COO
Sukie has planned, directed, and implemented activities related to customer and internal operations and designated projects. She is a results-oriented executive with over 25 years of operational experience in diverse contexts and a proven track record of solving complex business.

Sukie also oversees client activities, including system implementation and support, ongoing services, and contract management/renewals.
